Digital Marketing Lead

Description - Lead Digital Marketing efforts to enhance Enveil's online presence, optimize SEO strategies, manage social media, and enhance events. Support top of funnel development and the Sales team through integrated campaigns, optimizing website content, engaging audiences, and supporting successful sales events aligned with business goals.

Duties:

Market Research - Identify trends, market preferences, and competitor activities to inform digital marketing strategies. Conduct market and keyword research for digital and social campaigns and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Development - Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

Social Media - Develop social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn and manage social media accounts,.

Website - Develop, implement, and manage website strategies to optimize user experience, drive traffic, and convert leads to prospects. Report on website performance, user behavior, providing insights to inform marketing campaigns and ongoing improvements.

Top of Funnel Development - Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital platforms to enhance top of funnel development. Contribute to go-to-market strategy including marketing qualified lead curation and targeting, working closely with the sales organization to understand target personas and use cases. Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage subscribers and drive conversions.

Reporting - Monitor campaign performance and event metrics, analyze data, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

Thought Leadership - Leverage and amplify messaging and thought leadership content via digital platforms.

Event Support:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop digital and social event strategies that align with business goals and target audiences to increase event awareness and engagement.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning and execution and suggest improvements where needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate marketing qualified leads through the development of customer-centered marketing campaigns
  • Develop Enveil marketing strategies in coordination with Sales and Comms/Marketing
  • Help define target personas across Enveil’s potential customer pool
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance to help improve future efforts
  • Contribute to the tracking of event-related ROI and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Develop digital marketing strategies and contribute to digital content creation
  • Regularly engage with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with goals and ongoing initiatives
  • Conduct Market / Keyword research for digital and social campaigns and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic
  • Create event collateral and support materials such as data sheets, printed materials, and digital assets
  • Leverage and amplify thought leadership messaging
  • Monitor and report campaign performance and event metrics, analyze data, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI
  • Be willing to represent Enveil at events when needed

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience working in the B2B software industry, including experience with the federal/public sector market
  • B.A. in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience using Salesforce and Salesloft
  • Experience with MacOS and Google Docs, Excel
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., Illustrator, Affinity, Canva)
  • Email marketing platform experience (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesloft)
  • Flexible, remote working hours
  • Five weeks of PTO plus the week between Christmas and New Years Day off; 2 weeks of sick leave; 2 weeks of Military leave; 5 days Jury duty
