Buddy Blair

Solutions Architect

Buddy has spent more than 20 years working as a technologist specializing in enterprise software for Financial Institutions. His software engineering background helped prepare him to provide tremendous value in customer facing and leadership roles. At Enveil, Buddy specializes in customer delivery and engagement for the commercial sector.

Beau Bloomfield

Solutions Architect

Beau is a data scientist with a passion for the application of machine learning and advanced analytic technology to national security missions, with a particular emphasis on financial intelligence, counter terrorism financing, and cryptocurrency. As a Solution Architect, Beau helps conceptualize and architect the solution delivery to Enveil’s customers.

Steve Cameron

Portfolio Lead

Steve is a Portfolio Lead for Enveil, working directly with customers to design and implement Enveil’s novel privacy-enhancing suite of products. He brings a decade of experience in consulting to the US Government, working in the areas of advanced technology research, cyber, and intelligence. Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Management from Washington College, and a Certificate in Software Development from the University of California, Berkeley.

Scott Costello

Head of Sales Enablement

With over 15 years of experience in the sales industry, Scott has a proven track record of success where his exemplary performance and natural leadership skills led him to multiple sales and enablement leadership positions. In those roles, Scott exceeded sales targets and inspired sales teams to excel, equipping teams with the tools, knowledge, and strategies needed for success. Scott specializes in taking sales success and translating it into effective sales enablement strategies. As Head of Sales Enablement Scott works closely with sales leadership to build customized sales enablement programs that drive growth, enhance productivity, and maximize revenue potential at Enveil.

Mark Campbell

Director Strategic Alliances & Capture

Mark has over 25 years of experience in National Security and in various areas across the Department of Defense and continues to serve as a Colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve. He has most recently worked as the head of Business Development for a defense technology company where he expanded their network of partnerships. He leverages that expertise and his broad understanding of the federal market for Enveil as the head of Strategic Alliances.

Patrick Charping

VP of Growth Operations

Driving customer engagement leading Enveil’s Growth Operations Team, Patrick brings more than 15 years of diverse international business experience working with organizations to find unique and creative solutions for improving operational efficiencies, achieving strategic goals and maximizing growth within the business ecosystem. As a strategic problem solver, Patrick takes a hands-on approach to working with the company and its strategic partners to bring products to market and identify new market strategies to achieve mutual goals. Prior to joining Enveil, Patrick worked with several successful international organizations and ventures, leading efforts to road-map the growth and expansion of existing and new market opportunities, building on the prior success and lessons learned to achieve strategic goals and growth.

David Edwards

Software Engineer

Contributing as part of Enveil’s engineering team, Dave has a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Utah and has been a professional software engineer since 2008. He is especially interested in areas where software development and applied mathematics overlap.

Mary Paige Fotopoulos

Marketing & Events Specialist

Mary Paige serves on the Communications team as the Marketing and Events Specialist where she oversees Enveil’s external event engagement. A proud Virginia Tech alumni, Mary Paige has experience in the fields of event planning, alumni and class relations, public affairs, and targeted communications.

Colleen Garrett

Director of People

Colleen served the National Security Agency for many years in the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service (DISES), and held various leadership roles in Administration, Budget, HR and Installations & Logistics. At Enveil, she is pursuing her passion in Talent Acquisition where she enjoys providing opportunities for candidates to excel at a fast-paced, category-defining startup.

Guillermo Gutierrez

Software Engineer

Part of Enveil’s engineering team, Guillermo hails from Ventura County, California, but has spent the last few years in the DC area working in data science at various government contractors. Currently, he is working through a M.S. in Operations Research at Georgia Tech focusing on mathematical optimization and machine learning.

Dan Hedgecock

Engineering Manager

Dan serves as an Engineering Manager for Enveil’s ZMET team. He started his career at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab, where he spent 17 years doing a blend of software development, analysis, and deployment. He brings over a decade of experience in managing people and projects. Dan holds a M.S. in Applied Physics from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Applied Physics with minors in Math and Comp Science from Grove City College.

Kimberly Herter

Federal Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Enveil, Kimberly brings over a decade of federal government experience and an understanding of the unique challenges facing federal customers. Analytically focused with a background as an attorney, Kimberly faces problems head on and enjoys working with multiple stakeholders to find long-term solutions for problems and delivering solutions with high mission impact.

Dez Hill

Solutions Architect

Dez is a military technologist with a focus on enterprise network engineering and tactical command and control systems. He comes to Enveil from Cisco, where he spent ten years as a technical consulting engineer and systems architect for the DoD team. He is a Marine Corps Reserve C4 systems and information operations officer with multiple operational assignments across Europe and North Africa. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a masters of science from Florida Tech.

Jason Holder

Industry Consultant & Strategic Account Planning Lead

Jason is the Strategic Partners & Initiatives Lead for Enveil, working directly with our Industry Consultants and outlining Strategic Planning for industry engagements. He is a 26-year retired Cyberspace, Space and Acquisitions Air Force Officer (w/ and additional 2 years’ experience as a DoD contractor). He holds an MBA in Project Management and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems Management (CISM) from Colorado Christian University. He also holds certifications as a PMP, CASP+ and Sec+.

Robert Holder

Algorithmic Engineer

Part of Enveil’s Engineering team, Robert has a background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and algorithmic development. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball and teaching.

Jim Hotaling

Portfolio Lead

With expertise in customer engagement and client delivery in national security and Department of Defense programs, Jim serves as a Portfolio Lead on Enveil’s Customer Success team. Previously, he worked as a Program Manager at CACI Federal, where he supported a portfolio of technical defense sector projects and solutions. Jim was a "Green Beret" and Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army Special Forces, and earned a B.S. in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Bryan Johnson

Engineering Manager

Building on a foundation of experience in full stack development including building mobile apps, designing web interfaces, implementing backend storage systems, and database design, Bryan serves as a Manager for Enveil’s Engineering team. He started his career at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab where he built data collection systems, radar simulations, and distributed processing systems. He later moved into the commercial sector, where he designed and implemented mobile tracking systems for asset security. Bryan holds a Master's in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.

Abhi Juwa

IT Administrator

Ahbi moved to the United States from Nepal in late 2006 to pursue his Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management from University of Wisconsin - Stout. He serves as Enveil’s IT Administrator and has more than 10 years of experience working for Managed Services Providers as subject matter expert in VMware and Microsoft Server Administration discipline.

Charley Love

Business Development Representative

Charley has 24 years of experience supporting the Air Force Special Operations Command's various cyber operations, intelligence, and counterintelligence missions. Serving as a Program Manager on Enveil’s Customer Success team, he brings an extensive knowledge of project, program management, criminal investigations, and the multi-domain command and control mission sets supporting U.S. Military and Federal Law Enforcement missions.

Tyler Keeton

Federal Sales Representative

Part of the Federal Sales team, Tyler brings a range of experience in the areas of technical collection, data analytics, and operational mission planning supporting the Intelligence Community and Special Operations Forces. Over a 12 year career as a U.S. Navy Cryptologist, he deployed to multiple theatres in direct support of counter terrorism and sensitive activities missions. At Enveil, Tyler manages key federal accounts within the Intelligence Community.

Alex Lesch

Technical Writer

Alex is a Technical Writer and Knowledge Manager at Enveil. She supports the Customer Success team in their deliveries of Enveil’s product suite and works with all elements of the company in managing information and knowledge. She has over a decade of experience as a Federal employee supporting National Security policy globally. She received her undergraduate degree from Middlebury College in Vermont and has graduate degrees from Oxford University in Arabic and Modern Middle Eastern Studies, and from the University of Utah in Political Science.

Felix Li

Software Engineer

As part of the engineering team, Felix contributes to the success of the company through his expertise in machine learning and back-end software engineering. He started his career working as a back-end software engineer in the BIT Systems division of CACI before becoming an Enveilien. Felix recently graduated with a M.E. in Machine Learning from Virginia Tech and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering double major from the University of Virginia.

Julie Painter

Executive Assistant to CEO

Julie brings over 26 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-suite executives to Enveil. She possesses high-level organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines. At Enveil, Julie is recognized for taking initiative, managing multiple complex projects, event planning, building relationships at all levels, discretion, positive attitude, and willingness to get the job done. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Salisbury University.

Tim Pfeifer

Software Engineer

With expertise in systems administration and global software support, Tim contributes to the company’s success as part of Enveil’s engineering team. He most recently spent nine years with the Department of Defense as an analyst, a software developer, and a software and systems engineer. Tim started his career as a technical services engineer with Epic Systems, a leader in the electronic medical records industry. He holds a M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics, Engineering, and Physics, both from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Lauren Procz

Software Engineer

Lauren’s expertise is in backend software development. Before joining the engineering team at Enveil, she spent seven years at the National Security Agency working in and around the field of cryptography. Lauren holds a B.S. in Mathematics with Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Eric Sears

Deployment Engineer Lead

Eric is a Deployment Engineer Lead at Enveil, primarily responsible for interfacing with customers in order to deploy Enveil's products into their environments, along with developing new deployment methods as technologies change. His primary specialities lay in systems engineering, containerization, and automation technologies. He comes to Enveil out of the federal government where he had more than 7 years experience in designing, maintaining, and implementing systems. His professional certifications include both Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).

Aaron Pierson

Sales Development Representative

Aaron is a Business Development Representative supporting the commercial verticals at Enveil. His role consists of developing the market in various industries including Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare. Prior to joining Enveil, Aaron worked at Salesforce on their business development team. He earned his Bachelor’s in Marketing and International Studies from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Sean Thomas

Software Engineer

Sean’s area of expertise is in practical cryptography. Before joining Enveil’s engineering department, he worked for ten years at the National Security Agency as a cryptanalyst, reverse engineer, and software engineer. Sean has a PhD in Mathematics from Emory University.

Claire Tomesch

Algorithmic Engineer

Claire’s expertise is in algebra, number theory, and cryptography. Before joining the Engineering team at Enveil, she spent six years at the National Security Agency. Claire holds a B.S./M.S. in Mathematical Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University and a M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Chicago, where she spent five years studying category theory.

Tino Villalpando

Business Development Team Lead

As a Business Development Team Lead on Enveil’s Federal sales team, Tino brings a diverse range of experience building relationships, and enabling mission and business success for various DoD, and IC entities. His operational experience stems from his 14 years of experience in Marine Corps communications and intelligence fields and another six years serving within the IC as an active-duty Marine supporting strategic DoD priorities. Most recently Tino served as a government contractor as a sensitive projects analyst and site lead for defense and intelligence customers where he directly reviewed and oversaw sensitive program policy.
